THE FUTURE IS GREEN

We built J44 Lifestyle Hotel being aware of the responsibility that comes from introducing a new element to our planet. In this sense, we have designed systems, materials and solutions that take into account their environmental impact, so that our hotel is as sustainable as possible. An attention that is also clearly visible from the outside: the vertical garden’s presence and different types of plants on each terrace, which bloom in different seasons, make the J44 a "garden" to be enjoyed at any time of the year.

At J44, lighting has been designed considering every detail, including energy saving. LED bulbs are used in every room of the hotel to ensure the best performance in terms of brightness and consumption. Even in the rooms, everything is designed according to comfort and sustainability: the lighting is activated directly by the guest with his keycard, while the minibar, equipped with cooling accumulators that guarantee cold storage, switches off automatically when entry into the room, to improve acoustic comfort. The air conditioning of the rooms is also controlled by intelligent technology that automatically switches off the system every time a window is opened.

Many are the green attentions that are reserved for guests: from the bodycare line, present in each room offered in refillable packages, to the digital newsstand that offers free reading of the main newspapers and magazines, to the possibility of joining the green program, with which the guest can request not to change sheets or towels daily.
